Commencement of Yahar - Labous - Soaq Assalam Subproject

Rural Access Program (RAP), within Yemen Emergency Lifeline Connectivity Project (YELCP), funded by the World Bank (WB) through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), is pleased to announce the handover of the Yahar - Labous - Soaq Assalam subproject site in Lahj Governorate. This marks the initiation of works and the beginning of implementation. The maintenance of this project reflects RAP's commitment to developing road infrastructure and improving transportation in the region, enhancing the quality of life for local residents and supporting economic development in Yemen.
